She is a professional oboist based in Frankfurt Germany, with extensive experience as both a soloist and orchestral musician. She is currently the deputy solo oboist in the hr-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt and also lecturer at the Hochschule für Musik Würzburg.
Her musical education spans some of Germany’s most prestigious institutions, including a Master of Music and Konzertexamen from the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, where she studied with Dominik Wollenweber. During her university studies, she was a member of the Berlin Philharmonic as an academist for two years.
Over the years, she has performed with numerous prominent orchestras across Europe as principal oboe such as the Estonian Festival Orchestra under Paavo Järvi, SWR Symphonieorchester, WDR Symphonieorchester, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Philharmonisches Staatsorchester Hamburg, Camerata Salzburg, Basel Kammerorchester, Oper Frankfurt, Gürzenich Oper Köln and the Bamberger Symphoniker.
Her artistry has been recognized with awards such as the 1st prize at the Gundlach Musikpreis and a special prize as a young soloist with the Musica Assoluta Chamber Orchestra. In addition to her orchestral and solo work, she is regularly involved in masterclasses and festivals.
