DESCRIPTION:Conductor: Tomáš Brauner \nSoloist: Alexandra Dariescu – piano \nUnder the direction of Tomáš Brauner\, the Banatul Philharmonic Orchestra presents a program that highlights both soloistic sensitivity and the expressive power of the ensemble. \nThe first half is dedicated to Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor\, op. 21\, performed by Alexandra Dariescu\, acclaimed for the clarity of her phrasing and the elegance of her tone. This work stands out for its poetic atmosphere\, with virtuoso passages integrated into a coherent and refined musical discourse.  \nThe program continues with A. Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 in E minor\, op. 95 – “From the New World\,” offering a shift in perspective with well-defined themes\, folk inspiration\, and expansive symphonic construction. This work remains one of the composer’s most beloved creations.
