Restoring the Philharmonic’s image in the cultural and artistic society of the country, as well as the dignity of the institution’s artists, is one of the most important and urgent actions to be taken by the institution’s management.

Increasing the visibility of the institution in a qualitative and coherent way, developing and diversifying the public through varied and high-quality programs, broadening the public through educational projects and increasing the artistic quality, are part of the Philharmonic’s basic mission, as an engine of culture.”
