Musica Ricercata Festival Op. 7| Long live the Revolution! brings to Timișoara, between 3 and 24 November 2024, internationally recognized artists, such as: Arnaud Marzorati & Les Lunaisiens, Carlo Vistoli & Akademie Für Alte Musik Belin, Jordi Savall & Hespèrion XXI & Tembembe Ensamble Continuo and the Musica Ricercata Ensemble, led by master Gabriel Bebeșelea. There will also be workshops and discussions with the public, where the guests will be the journalist and publicist Emil Hurezeanu, the writer Radu Paraschivescu and the journalist Cătălin Striblea.

XLVIII edition, May 2 – May 31, 2024

The International Timișoara Music Festival appeared at the initiative of the great musicians Nicolae Boboc - conductor and director of the Romanian Opera in Timișoara, and Ion Românu - conductor and director of the "Banatul" Philharmonic in Timișoara, in the 1968-1969 season. This was thought to be the event of the year, a manifestation of high class event. After the 6th edition, the festival becomes annual, and since 1993, international.

It is the most important classical chamber music festival in western Romania, born from those wishing to contribute to the development of a cultural-educational dimension of the Banat region, wanting to include classical chamber music in the regional cultural circuit. The festival aims to revitalize the interest in classical music, to become a means of cultivating the public, especially the young through an exceptional concert, with international participation, the organization of master workshops, concerts for young people and educational events for children.

33rd edition, September 27 – September 29, 2024

The Blues Jazz Kamo Gala is the longest-running jazz and blues festival in Timisoara and, after the one in Sibiu, the earliest jazz festival in the country. For nineteen editions, the Blues Jazz Gala was led by Béla Kamocsa "Kamo". After the death of this great artist and Honorary Citizen of Timisoara, the task of artistic director of the Gala fell to Johnny Bota, partner, for 30 years, of Béla Kamocsa, in the Bega Blues Band. As a sign of Kamo's appreciation, the county and municipal forums decided to name the event, starting with the 20th edition, the Kamo Blues / Jazz Gala.

11th Edition, October 14 – October 25, 2024

The "Remus Georgescu" International Festival-Competition, the epicenter of contemporary music, of compositional and interpretative explorations and avant-garde, reaches its 11th edition in 2024. The event will include a composition contest, concerts, lectures and composition workshops.
